We're yarelinovexa — And We Think Corporate Finance Could Use More Clarity

Started in 2018 because frankly, too many analysts were getting tangled in spreadsheets without understanding the real story behind the numbers. Bristol felt like the right place to build something — close enough to London's financial buzz but far enough to keep our heads clear.

We've spent years watching how analysts work. The late nights, the pressure to deliver forecasts that actually make sense, the endless pivot tables. So we created training that cuts through the usual textbook nonsense and focuses on what you'll actually use when your manager drops a messy dataset on your desk at 4pm on a Thursday.

Our programmes launch in autumn 2025, designed for people who want practical skills, not just another certificate to frame.

What Actually Matters to Us

We're not trying to reinvent finance education. Just make it better. Here's what guides how we build our courses and work with analysts.

Real-World First

Every module we create comes from actual analyst workflows. No theoretical fluff that sounds impressive but leaves you stuck when you're building a three-statement model at midnight.

Honest Feedback

We'll tell you when your valuation assumptions don't add up. Not to be harsh, but because that's what you need before presenting to a CFO who definitely will notice.

Flexible Learning

Most analysts don't have neat 9-to-5 schedules. Our content works around your reality — whether that's early mornings before market open or weekend deep dives.

Built by People Who've Been in Your Shoes

Our team? Former analysts, finance managers, and a couple of accountants who actually understand what makes a good training programme. We've all pulled those 12-hour days trying to make earnings forecasts work.

The difference now is we get to help others avoid some of the painful mistakes we made. Like the time one of us presented a DCF model with a negative terminal value. That was... an educational experience.

We're based in Bristol but work with analysts across the UK. Started small in 2018, grew steadily through word-of-mouth, and now we're ready to launch our most comprehensive programme yet in September 2025.

What we're not: a massive corporate training factory churning out generic content. What we are: a focused team that actually cares whether you understand why EBITDA matters, not just how to calculate it.

"I spent five years as an FP&A analyst before moving into education. The gap between what universities teach and what companies need is still ridiculously wide. We're trying to close that — one practical lesson at a time."
